Raped by ICE : Benefits of serving authoritarians.

Raped by Ice, two male agents came to a man’s home on a Sunday afternoon then took turns raping him and are getting away with it.
UNITED STATES of AMERICA
Marcus (Not his real name) is 32 years old and he’s never been charged or suspected of a crime, not then and not now. A permanent resident of 4 years, his only punishable offense appears to be not being born in the USA. He is married to an American, they became parents last year. But like countless other Americans, they’re struggling to make ends meet. So Marcus, for extra money, became an adult content creator, again, like thousands of others in the USA.
Despite no illegal activity, and a genuine marriage Marcus has been held in a detention center. Also, denied the right to both a lawyer and a sexual-assault counselor. For him, there is only the constant, gnawing terror that what happened, inside his own home will happen again, should he make any attempt to bring attention to his situation. The agents who hurt him and those who hold him, have made it clear that they’re in a position to do worse to him. So officially he waits in silence.
Despite large number of allegations, convictions against agents are rare. Complaints are handled internally or via OIG investigations rather than through court cases. It’s administration and superior officers who are responsible for looking into allegations. However, these group of officials place greater emphasis on the agency’s public image and their own careers over criminally charging bad agents. What makes this situation worse, the current state of media bias and government appeasement results in a largely ignorant public, who believes in the false narrative of noble heroes defending society.
There are so many accusations against agents that the lack of criminal charges is statistically implausible.
For decades, immigration agents have been infamous for their belligerence and disdain for an individual’s rights. Which includes natural born citizens re-entering the United States. Anyone who regularly travels outside the US knows that it’s not a question of ‘if’ but ‘when’ they will be facing a hostile and accusatory agent. What’s more, it’s impossible to guess how combative they’ll be. This has been happening, with easily found documented complaints, dating back more than 40 years. Although this includes activities that predate ICE. Logic and recent publicly recorded altercations make it obvious that agents of the DHS, both at the border and ICE have belligerence as standard operating procedures.
In simple terms, they are “assholes”. There is no reason for their aggressive hostilities. There is no check list for would-be migrants that assures a conflict free passage. Citizens too are subjected to unruly altercations. Confrontations that often lead to broken personal property, missed connections and anxiety from overt intimidation. How much worse for desperate non-citizens hoping to make a better life? It’s this threatening manner and lack of professionalism that causes so many undocumented migrants to ‘sneak’ in to the USA.
Not at or near a border
ICE’s authority until 2019 was limited to within 100 miles of a border crossing. They were also once an investigative unit who expedited the removal of hardened criminals. That mandate of protection for citizens, has been replaced by harassment of the general public. Under President Trump, they’re being allowed to belligerently intimidate everyone within our cities.
Marcus and his wife were stopped by agents on the street and questioned about their citizenship status. An ID check revealed that Marcus was not yet an American citizen. One of the agents, recognized the couple and asked if they were on Only Fans. Although, not one of the agents who assaulted him, he appeared to take special notice of Marcus. A discreet comment, while pulled aside, affirmed his appreciation of the size of Marcus’ penis. Nothing similar was said or implied in regards to his wife.
Marcus does not advertise sexual services to the public. He films solo and collaborative content with his wife. He adheres to the content policies of the subscription-based websites and only does what’s legally allowed. By his own description, he is neither gay, nor bisexual.
The power of the uniform
Questions and responses were relayed through his wife, one of the few communications his jailers have permitted. “I perform a role. It’s choreography. It’s business. And when the camera stops, I stop being an actor and go back to being a husband and father.” He finds it important to make it known that what he does is to help take care of his family. That it’s not for any type of personal sexual perversion.
Almost everyone is trying to better their financial situation and hopefully obtain a small piece of the American dream, or what’s left of it. Marcus and his wife have a small home with a mortgage, he pays his taxes on his 1099 income. They have friends in their community. Neither his in-laws, nor his own parents knew anything of his online work and those friends who do, don’t care. He is, by every measure, a functioning member of society. Regardless of the moral ambiguity of his part-time profession, he didn’t deserve what happened to him.
Unexpected visit
Marcus’s account, has never been officially documented. He’s prevented from contacting a lawyer or filing a complaint and warned to not do so. He has been permitted to speak with only two family members, but the details are consistent. No one, outside of his wife and another family member, has directly spoken with him. There’s fear that that doing so risks worsening his situation.
Two agents arrived at his home. They were in uniform and had parked at the curb, lights off. They identified themselves as ICE. Marcus’ wife and child had conveniently left the house and it’s speculated that the agents had been watching to ensure that he was alone.
Marcus was dressed casually and opened the door with no reason to be alarmed. He had no prior convictions; no warrants and no pending criminal charges. He had never been the subject of a police investigation for anything more serious than a noise complaint two years prior, which had been resolved with a verbal warning.
Officer X1 said they needed to ask him some questions and assured him that it was routine. Officer X2 claimed that they were following up on something in the neighborhood and that it would only take a few minutes. They were calm and professional. He had no reason to think anything was wrong and let them in.
The Rape
Once inside, with the door closed behind them, they made it clear what they wanted. They gave him an ultimatum. He could either give them blow jobs willingly or they were going to take what they wanted. Marcus was first shocked by their demand and then started to verbally protest. What happened in the next few moments is unclear, but at some point he was struck in the head and while one officer pulled off his pants, the other pulled his gun on him.
What ensued left Marcus emotionally scarred with a blur of haunting images. He was brutally raped, right in the hallway of his home. It’s alleged that when Marcus began to scream out in pain, he found his rectum reamed no longer by flesh, but by steel. The hard metal of a service revolver impaling him while he was ordered to shut up. Then as he froze motionless in terror, they went back to forcing themselves on him, only to arrest him afterwards.
ICE paramilitary across America.
ICE has evolved. Once a group of investigators with a 100 mile from the border jurisdiction, they were supposed to facilitate the deportation of hardened criminals to their countries of origin. Gradually where they have focused attention has not only changed but expanded. In 2009 Congress gave the DNS a mandate for maintaining a minimum of 33,400 detention beds. This translated into quotas for ICE to keep the budgets growing. By 2013, the budget for immigration enforcement surpassed the combined budgets of all other federal criminal enforcement agencies. (Migration Policy Institute)
Between then and now, we have seen growing problems with over-crowding and human rights complaints. The snowball effect fuels demand for more growth, increasing budgets, demand for officers (less skilled, definitely not investigators) and the construction of more facilities. In the meantime, an estimated 90 % of detainees go to private for profit prisons. According to a government letter with multiple senators signatures, these prison companies are making over one $ Billion annually in government contracts.
That is what is going on behind the scenes. In the streets, everyone is feeling this growth and empowerment of a belligerent army of agents. It has upset city life everywhere. Marcus is a documented non-citizen, but ICE has detained even citizens. There seems to be no limit to their expansion of powers, and despite laws to the contrary, no limit to what they can get away with.
THE BROADER QUESTIONS
There are at least two questions that come out of this situation.
The first question is one that no police department, no prosecutor’s office, no lawyer and no victim advocacy organization is willing to answer. That question is:
How often does this happen?
The 2nd question is the more profound.
Why do enforcement agencies get to police themselves?
When someone gets raped by a neighbor or stranger, law enforcement never hesitates to criminally charge someone. Even when there’s doubt, innocence or guilt is left for a criminal court to decide. But in all enforcement agencies, the administration becomes the judge and jury. When they decide not to proceed, the accused agent has been declared “innocent” by the organization which may have empowered him to commit a crime.
Enforcement agencies are purposed to serve everyone but in truth, they only serve the ruling class. As long as in the greater picture they protect the government, they’ll turn a blind eye to abusers within their ranks. For the general public this is worse than cover ups, it’s business as usual.
Enforcement agencies across the country have internal affairs divisions theoretically tasked with investigating officer misconduct. Some have civilian oversight boards. But these mechanisms are only as effective as the will behind them. When the accused officers are the ones who control access to evidence, who write the incident reports and who testify in court. For victims the deck is stacked against the from the outset.
New Law, Nothing Changes
A new law in 2022, made it illegal for federal law enforcement officer to engage in sexual relations with anyone who is under arrest, under supervision, in detention, or in federal custody. Prior to this agents and guards alike could simply use the bias of the courts and claim any sexual involvement was consensual. Without conflicting evidence, they would get away with it, because judges value the word of a licensed enforcer over a potential criminal.
Part of this new law was a mandate to report incidents to the DOJ. But both 2023 and 2024 saw ZERO reports filed. Perhaps, that’s because like Marcus, victims are waiting for to be released from custody. Maybe it’s because of internal cover-ups. Perhaps it’s because victims, are terrified to speak out even after they are freed.
What we do know is that 2025 was a record year for ICE custody related deaths, with 32 people losing their lives. And so far in 2026 deaths among ICE detainees is up to 17, which is an average of more than 1 death for each week
Looks like Marcus has good reason to be terrified into silence.
